Defense Secretary Ash Carter and Air Force Gen. Paul Selva, vice chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, are scheduled to host a private remembrance ceremony at the Pentagon Memorial Friday, to honor the memory of those killed in the 9/11 terrorist attack.
