President Barack Obama is scheduled to present the Medal of Honor to Navy Senior Chief Petty Officer Edward C. Byers Jr. during a White House ceremony on Feb. 29. Byers is receiving the award for his actions while serving as part of a team that rescued an American civilian being held hostage in Afghanistan in December 2012. Check back to watch it live.
