Command Senior Enlisted Leader Assignment

The Office of the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff announced today the following assignment: 

Army Command Sgt. Maj. Shawn F. Carns, currently assigned as the command sergeant major for the School for Command Preparation, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, has been selected to replace Command Master Chief Karl W. Parsons as the command senior enlisted leader for Joint Task Force Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA).
