Command Master Chief Phillip M. Ingram enlisted in the Navy in January 1993. Upon completion of Recruit Basic Training in Orlando, Florida, he reported to his first command and designated as an Aviation Storekeeper. In 2004, he converted to the Master-at-Arms rating. His Sea duty assignments include Fight Squadron Elven (VF-11), San Diego, CA, Fight Squadron One Zero Three (VF-103), Virginia Beach, VA, Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center, JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA, deployed GSA-IA Iraq. He previously served as Command Master Chief onboard USS SCOUT (MCM 8). Master Chief Ingram completed a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, is a graduated of the Navy Senior Enlisted Academy (Class 204 Blue) and CMC/COB Course (Class 179). He is Enlisted Warfare Specialist, Aviation Warfare Specialist and Master Training Specialist qualified. His personal awards include the Joint Service Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (six awards), Army Combat Action Badge and various unit and campaign awards. Master Chief Ingram currently serves as the Command Master Chief of PCU CARL M. LEVIN (DDG 120).
