Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Dr. Colin Kahl held a phone call with his U.K. counterpart, Dominic Wilson, Director General, Security Policy, U.K. Ministry of Defence. The two leaders discussed the geopolitical situation in Europe and condemned Russia’s actions to recognize the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics as “independent states” and its continued destabilizing and aggressive activities in the region.
