Under Secretary of Defense for Policy Dr. Colin Kahl held a phone call today with Minister of Defense Charalambos Petrides of the Republic of Cyprus. The two leaders discussed the deepening U.S.-Cyprus defense security cooperation relationship as well as Russia’s unjust and unprovoked invasion of Ukraine.
