Air Force Lt. Gen. Duke Z. Richardson for appointment to the grade of general, with assignment as commander, Air Force Materiel Command, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Richardson is currently serving as military deputy, Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Air Force Lt. Gen. Tom D. Miller for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as deputy chief of staff for logistics, engineering, and force protection, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Miller is currently serving as commander, Air Force Sustainment Center, Air Force Materiel Command, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
Air Force Lt. Gen. David S. Nahom for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as commander, Alaskan Command, U.S. Northern Command; commander, Eleventh Air Force, Pacific Air Forces; and commander, Alaskan North American Defense Region. Nahom is currently serving as deputy chief of staff, plans and programs, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Air Force Lt. Gen. Mary F. O’Brien for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as director, command, control, communication, and computers/cyber; and chief information officer, J-6, Joint Staff, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. O’Brien is currently serving as deputy chief of staff, intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and cyber effects operations, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Air Force Lt. Gen. Brian S. Robinson for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as commander, Air Education and Training Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph Air Force Base, Texas. Robinson is currently serving as deputy commander, Air Mobility Command, Scott Air Force Base, Illinois.
Air Force Maj. Gen. Leonard J. Kosinski for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as director for logistics, J-4, Joint Staff, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Kosinski is currently serving as deputy commander, 5th Air Force; and director, Joint Air Component Coordination Element, Pacific Air Forces, Yokota Air Base, Japan.
Air Force Maj. Gen. John D. Lamontagne for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as deputy commander, U.S. Air Forces Europe; and deputy commander, U.S. Air Forces Africa, Ramstein Air Base, Germany.
