Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III announced today that the president has made the following nominations:
Air Force Maj. Gen. John P. Healy for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as chief of Air Force Reserve, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.; and commander, Air Force Reserve Command, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. Healy is currently serving as deputy to Chief of Air Force Reserve, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Air Force Maj. Gen. Dagvin R. Anderson for appointment to the grade of lieutenant general, with assignment as director for Joint Force Development, J-7, Joint Staff, Pentagon, Washington, D.C. Anderson is currently serving as the vice director, Operations, J-3, Joint Staff, Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
