General Officer Assignments

The chief of staff of the Army announces the following officer assignments:

Maj. Gen. Peter B. Andrysiak Jr., director, J-3, U.S. European Command, Germany, to chief of staff, U.S. European Command, Germany.

Maj. Gen. Winston P. Brooks to commanding general, U.S. Army Fires Center of Excellence and Fort Sill, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He most recently served as deputy chief of staff for Operations, Allied Rapid Reaction Corps, NATO, United Kingdom.

Maj. Gen. Patrick L. Gaydon, lead, Cross Functional Team, Joint Futures, J-7, Joint Staff, Washington, D.C., to vice director for Joint Force Development; and lead, Cross Functional Team, Joint Futures, J-7, Joint Staff, Washington, D.C.
