General Officer Announcement

Secretary of Defense Ash Carter announced today that the president has made the following nomination:

Air Force Col. Steven A. Schaick has been nominated for appointment to the rank of brigadier general. Schaick is currently serving as the command chaplain, Headquarters Air Education and Training Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas.
