Secretary of the Air Force Frank Kendall and Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering Heidi Shyu brief the media in the Pentagon Briefing Room (2D972) at 4 p.m. EDT to announce a University Affiliated Research Center initiative with Historically Black Colleges and Universities. The briefing will also be livestreamed on Defense.gov and broadcast on Channel 2 in the Pentagon.
