Department of Defense Chief Information Officer John Sherman (9 a.m. EDT), and Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer Dr. Craig Martell (noon EDT), participate in fireside chats, and other officials speak at AFCEA TechNet Cyber 2023 at the Baltimore Convention Center, Baltimore, Maryland.
