Kuehner, commander, Naval Medical Forces Support Command, and director of the Nurse Corps, provide remarks at a 10 a.m. EDT commissioning ceremony for the Navy's newest Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer, USS Lenah Sutcliffe Higbee (DDG 123), in Key West, Florida.
