ARMY

 

Raytheon Co.-IDS, Andover, Maryland, was awarded a $163,272,761 firm-fixed-price, foreign military sales (Qatar) contract for integrated air and missile defense; related miscellaneous training; english language training; a series of pre-PATRIOT military occupational specialty and Qatar specific PATRIOT training classes to the Qatar Emeri Air Force service members who are identified for the program.  Bids were solicited via the Internet with one received. Work will be performed in Qatar with an estimated completion date of April 30, 2020.  Fiscal 2016 other funds in the amount of $81,636,381 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Contracting Command, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, is the contracting activity (W91247-16-C-0017).

 

Carahsoft Technology Corp.,* Restin, Virginia, was awarded a $23,900,219 firm-fixed-price contract for a program manager license agreement to acquire proprietary brand name, commercial off-the-shelf VMware vSphere enterprise plus, vCenter for vSphere, NSX and workstation software licenses to support the virtualization and management of the program manager warfighter information networks-tactical server infrastructure.  Bids were solicited via the Internet with four received. Work will be performed in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 30, 2018.  Fiscal 2015 and 2016 other procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $9,079,919 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, is the contracting activity (W52P1J-17-F-9999).

 

AMG & Associates Inc.,* Santa Clarita, California, was awarded a $10,180,000 firm-fixed-price contract for renovation and repair of Dock 5.  At the time of the award, the base as well as options for hangar bay paint and lighting; restroom renovations, area D; and resinous flooring are being exercised.  Bids were solicited via the Internet with six received. Work will be performed at Beale Air Force Base, California, with an estimated completion date of June 23, 2018.  Fiscal 2017 military construction funds in the amount of $10,180,000 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, Kentucky, is the contracting activity (W912QR-17C-0004).

 

Melwood Horicultural Training Center, Upper Marlboro, Maryland, was awarded a $9,946,163 firm-fixed-price contract for base maintenance of buildings.  Bids were solicited via the internet with one received. Work will be performed at Fort Meade, Maryland with an estimated completion date of June 30, 2017.  Fiscal 2017 ‘operations and maintenance, Army’ funds in the amount of $9,946,163 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Contracting Command, Fort Belvoir, Virginia is the contracting activity (W91QV1-17-C-0005).

AIR FORCE

M1 Support Services LP, Denton, Texas, has been awarded a $90,404,350 firm-fixed-price modification (P00013) to previously awarded contract FA4890-16-C-0005 for backshop and flight line maintenance for 140 aircraft of different varieties on Nellis Air Force Base. Contractor will provide various systems support including egress, fuel system, hydraulics, aerospace ground equipment, armament, avionics, electronic warfare, structural, and metals technology. Work will be performed at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 31, 2017. Fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $90,404,350 are being obligated at the time of award. Headquarters Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

 

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded a $61,034,987 modification (P00684) to previously awarded contract FA8611-08-C-2897 for F-22 air vehicle sustainment. Contractor will provide depot throughput, analytical condition inspections, inlet coating repair, and radar cross section Marietta turntable support as well as touch labor and installs. Work will be performed at Hill Air Force Base, Utah; and Marietta, Georgia, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 31, 2017. Fiscal 2017 aircraft procurement; and operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $61,034,987 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity.

 

Microsoft Corp., Redmond, Washington, has been awarded a $34,371,098 firm-fixed-price contract for consulting support services. Contractor will provide information technology expertise to mature Microsoft products for the Air Force acquired under the Microsoft Joint Enterprise License Agreement in an effort to meet core Air Force mission requirements for improved security, reduced cost. They will also enable essential new enterprise capabilities supporting the Air Force Network. Work will be primarily performed at Maxwell Air Force Base-Gunter Annex, Alabama, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 31, 2020. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $3,000,000 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Maxwell Air Force Base-Gunter Annex, Alabama, is the contracting activity (FA8771-17-C-0002).

 

Sonoran Technology and Professional Services LLC, Goodyear, Arizona, has been awarded a $7,200,000 option (P00014) to previously awarded contract FA4890-15-C-0010 for the E-3 Mission Crew Training program. Contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and all other items and services that are required to perform the full spectrum of Air Force directed E-3 Mission Crew Training efforts. These efforts include courseware development, academic instruction, aircrew training device (ATD) instruction, simulator operator support, scenario development, mission crew ATD event scheduling, and support functions. Training services are to be provided to mission crew personnel to include Airborne Warning and Control System mission crew member personnel and foreign national students from other nations, as required by the government. Work will be performed at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, and is expected to be complete by March 31, 2018. Fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $7,200,000 will be obligated upon availability of funds. Headquarters, Air Combat Command Acquisition Management and Integration Center, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

 

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

 

Raytheon Co. Integrated Defense Systems, Woburn, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $40,508,497 modification (P00085) to a previously awarded fixed-price-incentive-firm contract HQ0147-12-C-0014.  The value of this contract is increased from $253,677,114 to $294,185,611. Under this modification, the contractor will implement a data processor and signal processor equipment suite modernization at Thule Air Force Station, Greenland. The work will be performed at Woburn, Massachusetts.  The performance period is from January 2016 through March 2020.  Air Force fiscal 2016 and 2017 procurement funds in the amount of $40,508,497 will be obligated at time of award.  The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity (HQ0147-12-C-0014).
