ARMY

 

Longbow LLC, Orlando Florida, has been awarded an $183,474,414 modification (0002) to foreign military sales (Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom) contract W52P1J-16-D-0055 for procurement of radar electronic units. Work will be performed in Orlando, Florida, with an estimated completion date of Jan. 31, 2022. Fiscal 2017 aircraft procurement; and foreign military sales funds in the combined amount of $98,053,565 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois, is the contracting activity.

 

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Huntsville, Alabama, has been awarded a $76,000,000 modification (P00153) to contract W31P4Q-08-C-0418 to procure long-lead-time materials for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense Battle Command System contract. Work will be performed in Huntsville, Alabama, with an estimated completion date of March 31, 2019. Fiscal 2018 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $76,000,000 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

 

Gradkell Systems Inc.,* Huntsville, Alabama, has been awarded a $75,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide for systems operations and maintenance to meet the requirements of public laws, regulations, standards, stakeholders, and best business practices. Bids were solicited via the Internet with seven received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 31, 2022. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, is the contracting activity (W912HQ-18-D-0007).

 

Intelligent Decisions Inc.,* Ashburn, Virginia, has been awarded a $45,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract to provide brand name hardware along with brand name or equal information technology agnostic parts and accessories. Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received. Work will be performed in Ashburn, Virginia, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 31, 2019. Fiscal 2017 revolving funds in the amount of $45,000,000 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W912DY-18-F-0004).

 

Dawson Federal Inc.,* San Antonio, Texas (W9126G-18-D-0007); A&H-Ambica JV LLC,* Livonia, Michigan (W9126G-18-D-0008); and Frontier Services Inc.,* Kansas City, Missouri (W9126G-18-D-0009), will share a $45,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for repair and alternations for land ports of entry in North Dakota and Minnesota. Bids were solicited via the Internet with six received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 31, 2022. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth, Texas, is the contracting activity.

 

A&H-Ambica JV LLC,* Livonia, Michigan (W9126G-18-D-0004); Dawson Federal Inc.,* San Antonio, Texas (W9126G-18-D-0003); RJS Construction Inc.,* Yakima, Washington (W9126G-18-D-0005); and Tomcat Engineering Unlimited LLC,* Yuma, Arizona (W9126G-18-D-0006), will share in a $45,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for repair and alterations at land ports of entry in Washington, Idaho, and Montana. Bids were solicited via the Internet with six received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 31, 2022. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth, Texas, is the contracting activity.

 

TRAX International Corp., Las Vegas, Nevada, was awarded a $9,203,652 modification (P00213) to contract W9124R-09-C-0003 for non-personal test support services in support of the U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona. Work will be performed in Yuma, Arizona, and Fort Greely, Alaska, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 30, 2017. Fiscal 2018 operations and maintenance (Army); and research, development, test and evaluation funds in the combined amount of $5,011,565 were obligated at the time of the award. Missions Installations Contracting Command, Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona, is the contracting activity.

 

NAVY

 

Raytheon Co., Integrated Defense Systems, Tewksbury, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $29,455,672 cost-plus-fixed-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee and cost modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-17-C-5145) to exercise options for missions systems equipment; total ship computing environment hardware; and software research, test and development; DDG 1000 class integrated logistics support and associated other direct costs to support the exercised options. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, Rhode Island (46 percent); Tewksbury, Massachusetts (36 percent); Marlboro, Massachusetts (6 percent); Port Hueneme, California (5 percent); San Diego, California (4 percent); and Bath, Maine (3 percent), and is expected to be completed by September 2018. Fiscal 2018 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funding in the amount of $12,400,000; and fiscal 2018 operations and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $775,000 will be obligated at time of award, and funds in the amount of $775,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, District of Columbia, is the contracting activity.

 

HDR Engineering Inc., Honolulu, Hawaii, is being awarded a maximum amount $10,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, architect-engineering contract for architect-engineering services for multidisciplinary engineering projects in Diego Garcia.  The work to be performed provides for architect-engineering services include, but are not limited to, the preparation of plans, specifications, design analyses, cost estimates, studies, Department of Defense 1391s, and design-build request for proposal for multidisciplinary engineering projects that may include architectural, mechanical, civil/structural, and electrical projects at various locations in Diego Garcia.  Projects may also include waterfront facilities, oils/fuel facilities, power plant facilities, airfield/aviation facilities, and housing.  No task orders are being issued at this time.  Work will be performed in Diego Garcia, British Indian Ocean Territory.  The term of the contract is not to exceed 60 months with an expected completion date of October 2022.  Fiscal 2018 Navy working capital funds in the amount of $5,000 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Future task orders will be primarily funded by Navy working capital funds.  This contract was competitively procured via the Asia Navy Electronic Commerce Online website, with seven proposals received.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Far East, Yokosuka, Japan, is the contracting activity (N40084-18-D-0061).

 

Railroad Construction Co. Inc., Paterson, New Jersey, is being awarded a $9,344,963 modification under a previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to exercise option four for base operations support services at Naval Weapons Station Earle.  The work to be performed provides for preventive maintenance of railroad switch turnouts, maintenance of railroad track right-of way to include weed control and tree trimming, ultrasonic testing of railroad track components, maintenance of railroad crossings, and the repair of railroad trackage to include the replacement of crossties, switch timbers, rail and switch turnout components.  After award of this option, the total cumulative contract value will be $43,214,749.  Work will be performed in Colts Neck, New Jersey, and work is expected to be completed October 2018.  No funds will be obligated at time of award.  Fiscal 2018 operations and maintenance (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $1,527,090 for recurring work will be obligated on individual task orders issued during the option period.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic, Public Works Department Earle, Colts Neck, New Jersey, is the contracting activity (N40085-14-D-5200).

 

MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY

 

Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, Woburn, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $14,250,000 modification (P00042) to previously awarded sole-source contract HQ0147-12-C-0005 for Army Navy/Transportable Radar spare provisioning relating to United Arab Emirates (UAE) procured Terminal High Altitude Area Defense systems. The modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $717,563,912 from $703,313,912. The work will be performed in Woburn, Massachusetts, with an expected completion date of Oct. 30, 2019. UAE foreign military sales funds in the amount of $14,250,000 will be obligated at time of award. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama is the contracting activity (HQ0147).
