ECS-GEC JV,* Metairie, Louisiana, was awarded a $15,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for inland navigation and water resources planning services. Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2026. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity (W91237-21-D-0011).

Yeager Architecture Inc.,* Lenexa, Kansas, was awarded a $10,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for architect and engineering services for Kansas Air National Guard projects at McConnell Air Force Base and Smoky Hill Air National Guard Range. Bids were solicited via the internet with 10 received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2022. U.S. Property and Fiscal Office, Kansas, is the contracting activity (W912JC-21-D-5701). 

Mar-Len Environmental Inc.,* Westminster, Maryland, was awarded a $9,083,985 firm-fixed-price contract for critical area forestry support services at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. Bids were solicited via the internet with two received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of Feb. 28, 2026. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Adelphi, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W56ZTN-21-D-0001).

Qayaq Government Solutions LLC,* Anchorage, Alaska, was awarded a $7,902,831 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of a new space control facility at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado. Bids were solicited via the internet with eight received. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with an estimated completion date of March 3, 2022. Fiscal 2018 military construction, defense-wide funds in the amount of $7,902,831 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Property and Fiscal Office, Colorado, is the contracting activity (W50S6V-21-C-0001).

NAVY

Lockheed Martin Space, Titusville, Florida, is awarded a $128,677,600, cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00030-21-C-2017) to support the integration of the Trident II (D5) Missile and Reentry Subsystems into the Common Missile Compartment (CMC) for the U.S./United Kingdom Columbia/Dreadnought Submarine construction programs.  Work will be performed in Cape Canaveral, Florida (37.02%); Denver, Colorado (24.22%); Sunnyvale, California (15.62%); Magna, Utah (13.72%); Titusville, Florida (1.69%); Oak Ridge, Tennessee (1.06%); and other various locations of less than 1.0% each (6.67% total).  Work is expected to be completed Feb. 28, 2027.  Fiscal 2021 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) ($114,095,039); and foreign funds – non Foreign Military Sales ($6,827,555), in the amount of $120,922,594 will be obligated on this award.  No funds will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract is being awarded to the contractor on a sole-source basis under 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1) and was previously synopsized on the System for Award Management (beta) website.  The Strategic Systems Programs, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Wunderman Thompson, Atlanta, Georgia, is awarded a $25,000,000 cost-reimbursable modification P00015 under previously awarded contract M95494-19-C-0020.  This modification exercises and incrementally funds the option for additional paid media in support of officer and enlisted recruiting programs.  Work will be performed in Atlanta, Georgia, with an expected completion date of December 2021.  Fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance (Marine Corps) funds in the amount of $8,000,000 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Marine Corps Installations Command, Contracting Office, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting activity.

CACI Inc. - Federal, Chantilly, Virginia, is awarded a $15,203,989 cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously-awarded task order N39040-20-F-3000 for engineering, technical, administrative and managerial (support) services in support of Ships Availability Planning and Engineering Center, non-nuclear waterfront and Deep Submergence Systems programs at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.  Work will be performed in Kittery, Maine, and is expected to be completed by March 2022.  Fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance (Navy) funding in the amount of $4,351,964 will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Kittery, Maine, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Atlantic Diving Supply Inc.,* doing business as ADS, Virginia Beach, Virginia, has been awarded a maximum $100,000,000 firm‐fixed‐price, indefinite‐delivery/indefinite‐quantity contract for patient monitoring systems, accessories and training.  This was a competitive acquisition with 54 responses received.  This is a five-year contract with one five‐year option period.  Location of performance is Virginia, with a Feb. 28, 2026, ordering period end date.  Using customers are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies.  Type of appropriation is fiscal 2021 through 2026 defense working capital funds.  The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE2D1‐21‐D‐0007).

AIR FORCE

Eastern Construction & Electric Inc., Wrightstown, New Jersey (FA4497-21-D-0002); DCM Architecture & Engineering LLC, Camden, New Jersey (FA4497-21-D-0003); Stampede Ventures, Bering Straits, Nome, Alaska (FA4497-21-D-0004); Ametea LLC/MAGNA JV, Leesburg, Virginia (FA4497-21-D-0005); Benaka Inc., New Brunswick, New Jersey (FA4497-21-D-0006); Mountain Consulting Inc., Dover, Delaware (FA4497-21-D-0007); Sheela Inc., Wrightstown, New Jersey (FA4497-21-D-0008); and Custom Mechanical Systems Corp., Bargersville, Indiana (FA4497-21-D-0009), are each being awarded a ceiling $70,000,000 firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract from multiple award construction contract services.  The contractors will provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, supplies and materials to perform work necessary for replacement, repair and improvement for construction services.  Work will be performed at Dover Air Force Base, Delaware, and is expected to be completed Feb 29, 2028.  This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and 29 offers were received.  Fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance will fund the contract using individual task orders with no funds being obligated at the time of award.  The 436th Contracting Squadron, Dover AFB, Delaware, is the contracting activity.

Summit Technical Solutions LLC, Colorado Springs, Colorado, has been awarded a $7,963,432 firm-fixed-price modification (P00043) to contract FA2517-17-C-8000 for the Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization System (PARCS) Radar.  This modification provides for the exercise of Option Four and the management, operation, maintenance and logistical support to the PARCS.  Work will be performed at Cavalier Air Force Station, North Dakota, and is expected to be completed April 30, 2022.  Fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance funds in the full amount are being obligated at the time of award.  The total cumulative face value of the contract is $52,506,079.  U.S. Space Force, Space Operations Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, is the contracting activity
