Contracts For April 27, 2021

ARMY

Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Grand Prairie, Texas, was awarded a $214,708,838 modification (P00016) to contract W31P4Q-19-C-0077 for the M270A2 Multiple Launch Rocket System. Work will be performed in Grand Prairie, Texas; Camden, Texas; and New Boston, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 30, 2024. Fiscal 2021 missile procurement, Army funds in the amount of $214,708,838 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

Raytheon/Lockheed Martin Javelin JV, Tucson, Arizona, was awarded a $175,936,936 modification (P00037) to contract W31P4Q-19-C-0076 for the Javelin Weapon System. Work will be performed in Tucson, Arizona, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 30, 2023. Fiscal 2010 Foreign Military Sales (Lithuania and Taiwan) funds; and 2021 missile procurement, Army funds in the amount of $175,936,936 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.

J.E. Dunn Construction Co., Kansas City, Kansas, was awarded a $43,789,430 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of the U.S. Special Operations Command North Theater Operations Support Facility at Peterson Air Force Base. Bids were solicited via the internet with nine received. Work will be performed in Colorado Springs, Colorado, with an estimated completion date of Aug. 29, 2023. Fiscal 2020 military construction, Air Force funds in the amount of $43,789,430 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha, Nebraska, is the contracting activity (W9128F-21-C-0019).

AIR FORCE

The Boeing Co., Layton, Utah, has been awarded a $106,821,546 change-order-definitization, cost-plus-incentive-fee modification (P00176) to contract FA8214-15-C-0001 for the Flight Test Telemetry Termination Rapid Fielding Initiative (FT3 RFI). This contract allows the implementation of initiatives to meet the FT3 flight schedule. Work will be performed in Layton, Utah, and is expected to be completed June 28, 2024. No funds are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, Hill Air Force Base, Utah, is the contracting activity.

Advanced Technology Systems Co. Inc., McLean, Virginia, has been awarded a $12,641,849 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract action for the T53 depot-level engine maintenance. The contractor will provide maintenance, repair and overhaul repairs of the T53 engine. Work will be performed in both McLean, Virginia; and Hooper, Nebraska, and is expected to be completed in April 2031. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and three offers were received. Fiscal 2021 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $187,193 are being obligated at the time of award under task order FA8124-21-F-0023. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (FA8124-21-D-0002).

NAVY

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Co., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded a $22,500,165 modification (P00005) to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N0001920C0026). This modification adds scope to provide support required to establish the common reprogramming tool development network and selection of a service-oriented architecture for the development of enhanced reprogramming tools, which is essential for all standing labs in support of the F-35 aircraft for the Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and non-Department of Defense participants. Work will be performed in Fort Worth, Texas (90%); and Eglin Air Force Base, Florida (10%), and is expected to be completed in December 2021. Fiscal 2021 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $4,248,092; and fiscal 2021 research, development, test and evaluation (Air Force) funds in the amount of $3,405,332 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

Eagle Industries Unlimited Inc., Virginia Beach, Virginia, is awarded an $8,668,143 firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity modification to previously-awarded contract N61331-20-D-0007 for Maritime Armor Systems to support the Antiterrorism Afloat Equipage Program. This modification will increase the contract value up to a maximum of $23,244,921. Work will be performed in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by May 2022. No funding will be obligated at time of award. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City, Panama City, Florida, is the contracting activity.

DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

Fechheimer Brothers Co., Cincinnati, Ohio, has been awarded a maximum $15,412,500 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery contract for men’s uniform dress coats. This was a competitive acquisition with four responses received. This is a one-year base contract with four one-year option periods. Locations of performance are Ohio and Illinois, with an April 26, 2022, ordering period end date. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2021 through 2022 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (SPE1C1-21-D-1466).
