MISSILE DEFENSE AGENCY
Lockheed Martin Overseas, Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded a $30,612,010 fixed-price-incentive and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00036) under the Poland Aegis Ashore Engineering Agent (AAEA) contract HQ0276-16-C-0001. This modification increases the total cumulative contract value by $30,612,010 from $99,037,697 to $129,649,707. Under this modification, the contractor will provide Poland AAEA engineering and security support, AAEA test and site updates, risk mitigation support, and continued completion effort for the Aegis Ashore Poland site. The work will be performed in both Moorestown, New Jersey; and Redzikowo, Poland, with an expected completion date of June 30, 2023. FY 2021 procurement defense-wide funds in the amount of $17,921,561 are being obligated at the time of award. This contract modification is the result of a sole-source acquisition. NAVY
Raytheon Missiles and Defense, Portsmouth, Rhode Island, is awarded a $16,793,446 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee level of effort, and cost-only modification to previously awarded contract N00024-17-C-6305 to procure production Airborne Mine Neutralization Systems. This modification incorporates additional contract options that, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this action to $68,550,513. Work will be performed in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, and is expected to be completed by March 2024. If all options are exercised, work will continue through March 2027. Fiscal 2021 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $9,293,446 (55%); and 2020 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,500,000 (45%) will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The modification is for the procurement of all needed material in order to stand up two additional high-speed dip lines and six additional standard indexing dip lines. Work will be performed in Colebrook, New Hampshire, and is expected to be completed May 13, 2022. Fiscal 2021 other procurement funds in the full amount are being obligated at the time of award.
