Contracts For Nov. 17, 2015





Survice Engineering Co. LLC,* Belcamp, Maryland, was awarded a $49,855,124 cost-plus-fixed-fee, multi-year contract for professional scientific engineering and technical assistance.  Bids were solicited via the Internet with six received, with an estimated completion date of Nov. 16, 2018.  Funding and work location will be determined with each order.  Army Contracting Command, Adelphi, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W911QX-16-D-0014).


Jabex-Absher JV,* East Orting, Washington, was awarded a $43,805,243 firm-fixed-price contract with options to construct a company operations facility and tactical equipment maintenance facility at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Tacoma, Washington, with an estimated completion date of July 12, 2017.  Bids were solicited via the Internet with two received.  Fiscal 2016 military construction funds in the amount of $43,805,243 were obligated at the time of the award.  Army Contracting Command, Seattle, Washington, is the contracting activity (W912DW-16-C-0001).




Raytheon Co., Tucson, Arizona, has been awarded a $25,713,978 firm-fixed-price contract modification (P00017) to previously awarded contract FA8675-15-C-0022 for the Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missile production lots 28-30 contract. Contractor work will include special tooling and special test equipment in support of form, fit, function, refresh (F3R) transition to full-rate production, testing of F3R test software, fixtures and equipment modification. Work will be performed at Tucson, Arizona, and is expected to be complete by Aug. 31, 2018. This contract involves foreign military sales. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2015 production funds in the amount of $16,818,606 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity (FA8675-15-C-0022 P00017).




RELYANT Global LLC,* Maryville, Tennessee, is being awarded a $14,499,305 firm-fixed-price contract for construction of the ground support equipment shops at North Ramp, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.  The work to be performed provides for construction (design-build) of a one-story high bay composite facility with a ground support equipment maintenance shop, a ground support equipment holding shed, an aviation armament shop, and an aviation life support systems shop.  The contract also contains one unexercised option, which if exercised, would increase cumulative contract value to $14,876,045.  Work will be performed in Yigo, Guam, and is expected to be completed by June 2018.  Fiscal 2015 military construction (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $14,499,305 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was competitively procured via the Federal Business Opportunities website with nine proposals received.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is the contracting activity (N62742-16-C-1317).




Oshkosh Defense LLC, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, has been awarded a maximum $12,869,715 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-quantity contract for mine resistant ambush protection all-terrain vehicle repair kits. This was a sole-source acquisition using the justification 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1). This is a three-year base contract with two one-year option periods. Location of performance is Wisconsin, with a Nov. 16, 2018, performance completion date. Using military service is Army. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2016 through fiscal 2019 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Columbus, Ohio (SPE7LX-16-D-0024).




CORRECTION: The contract announced on Nov. 10, 2015, for HP Enterprise Services LLC, Herndon, Virginia, (contract number HHSN3162000026W, task order number HT0015-16-F-0002) for $19,149,016 was announced with an incorrect number of option periods.  The correct number of 12-month option periods is four.
