DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

 

Hudson Technologies Co.,* Pearl River, New York, has been awarded a maximum $148,514,169 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for compressed gas and cylinder products. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. This is a five-year base contract with one five-year option period. Location of performance is New York, with a July 30, 2021, performance completion date. Using services are Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and federal civilian agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2016 through fiscal 2021 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Richmond, Virginia (SPE4A6-16-D-0226).

 

Science Application International Corp., Fairfield, New Jersey, has been awarded a maximum $41,461,503 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-quantity contract for the establishment of a total supply chain management initiative supporting various classes of spare parts. This was a competitive acquisition with two responses received. This is a three-year base contract with two one-year option periods. Locations of performance are New Jersey and Texas, with a July 30, 2019, performance completion date.  Using customers are Army and Defense Logistics Agency. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2016 through fiscal 2019 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Columbus, Ohio (SPE7LX-16-D-0125).

 

Harris Corp., Rochester, New York, has been awarded a maximum $22,500,000 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for single channel ground to air radio system circuit card assembly parts. This was a competitive acquisition with eight responses received. This is a five-year contract with no option periods. Location of performance is New York, with a July 17, 2021, performance completion date. Using military service is Army and type of appropriation is fiscal 2016 Army working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland (SPRBL1-16-D-0031).

 

DEFENSE THREAT REDUCTION AGENCY

 

Premier Technology Inc.**, Blackfoot, Idaho, is being awarded a maximum ceiling $75,000,000 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a five-year base ordering period and an additional five-year option period.  This contract provides for independent validation and verification of developed technologies in support of counter proliferation.  Work will be performed in Aberdeen, North Carolina, and is expected to be complete by June 16, 2026. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $1,261,024 are being obligated under the first task order at the time of award. Defense Threat Reduction Agency, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, is the contracting activity (HDTRA1-16-D-0003). (Awarded on July 15, 2016).

 

NAVY

 

Rockwell Collins Inc., Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is being awarded a $31,060,613 performance-based logistics, firm-fixed price requirements contract for the weapon replaceable assembly repair support of the Aviation Navy/Airborne Radio Communication - 210 version Electronics Protection Radio System and Communications Security System requirements for the Navy and other Department of Defense services.  The contractor is also responsible for managing technical and configuration changes, and obsolescence.  This is a five-year base period contract with one five-year option period which if exercised, brings the total estimated value to $66,990,000.  Work will be performed at the contractor’s various locations in the contiguous U.S. (70 percent); and Chelton Limited, United Kingdom (30 percent).  Work is expected to be completed by July 2021.  With options exercised, work will continue through July 2026.  No contract funds will be obligated at the time of award, and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Working capital funds (Navy) will be obligated as individual orders are issued. One firm was solicited for this non-competitive requirement in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, with one offer received.  Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.

 

Kay and Associates Inc., Buffalo Glove, Illinois, is being awarded $25,741,015 for modification P00022 to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00421-11-C-1044).  This modification exercises an option for extension of a period of 6 months contractor maintenance and support services for the Government of Kuwait in support of F/A-18 C/D aircraft.  Work will be performed in Kuwait, and is expected to be complete by January 2017.  Foreign military sales funds in the amount of $25,741,015 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

 

 

WASHINGTON HEADQUARTERS SERVICES

 

MicroTech, Vienna, Virginia, is being awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for $8,084,905 in order to obtain mission systems support services for the Public Affairs Information Resource Management Office. The contractor shall provide innovative, comprehensive, reliable, and responsive mission systems support for the applications in Public Affairs Mission Application Enclave and the Public Affairs portfolio.  Work performance will take place at the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. The expected completion date is May 15, 2019. Operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $8,084,905 are being obligated at time of the award. Washington Headquarters Services, Arlington, Virginia, is the contracting office (W91QUZ-11-D-0010).
