General Officer Assignments

The chief of staff, Army announced the following assignments:

Maj. Gen. Darsie D. Rogers Jr., special assistant to the commander, U.S. Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida, to commander, Special Operations Command Central, U.S. Central Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Florida.

Brig. Gen. Scott E. Brower to deputy commanding general, 101st Airborne Division, Air Assault. He most recently served as the deputy chief, operations, Office of the Defense Representative-Pakistan, Pakistan.

Brig. Gen. Michael Dillard, U.S. Army Reserve, commander, Troop Program Unit, 310th Sustainment Command, Expeditionary, Indianapolis, Indiana, to deputy commanding general, Troop Program Unit, 99th Regional Support Command, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey.

Brig. Gen. Joseph J. Heck, U.S. Army Reserve, deputy commander, Troop Program Unit, 3d Medical Command, Mission Support Element, Fort Gillem, Georgia, to deputy surgeon and director, Individual Mobilization Augmentee, Reserve Readiness, Joint Staff, Washington, District of Columbia.

Brig. Gen. William B. Mason III, U.S. Army Reserve, director, Individual Mobilization Augmentee, Institute for Military Support to Governance, U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He most recently served as commander, Troop Program Unit, 350th Civil Affairs Command, Pensacola, Florida.

Brig. Gen. Gregory J. Mosser, U.S. Army Reserve, deputy commanding general, Troop Program Unit, 99th Regional Support Command, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, to commander, Troop Program Unit, 364th Sustainment Command, Expeditionary, Marysville, Washington.

Col. (Promotable) Thomas H. Todd III to deputy commander, U.S. Army Research, Development and Engineering Command; and commander, Natick Soldier Systems Center, Natick, Massachusetts. He most recently served as project manager, Utility Helicopters, Program Executive Office, Aviation, Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
