World War II veterans, U.S. and allied service members, friends and family, commemorate the 78th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, Hawaii, at a ceremony sponsored by the Pearl Harbor National Memorial, National Parks Service, Dec. 7 2019.
This year’s ceremony -- “Glimmers of Victory” -- honors the sacrifices of those who died in the attack while paying tribute to the allies’ ultimate victory in WWII.
