The 16 "Partnership for Peace" nations contributing troops are Albania, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Georgia, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgystan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Slovak Republic, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. In addition, the following countries are providing observers to the exercise: Azerbaijan, Belarus, Czech Republic, and Denmark.
