The pallets will be airdropped by a C-130E Hercules to U.S. Army soldiers in rural areas of Afghanistan who will then distribute them to villagers in the local area. Brockman is a C-130E Hercules loadmaster deployed from Pope Air Force Base, S.C., and is assigned to the 737th Expeditionary Airlift Squadron in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
