Defense Officials Testify About Military Operations in Cyberspace
A subcommittee of the House Armed Services Committee hears testimony about building the Defense Department’s cyber capabilities and military operations in cyberspace. Testifying before the Subcommittee on Cyber, Information Technologies and Innovation are: Ashley Manning, performing the duties of the assistant secretary of defense for cyber policy, and Air Force Gen. Timothy D. Haugh, the commander of U.S. Cyber Command, director of National Security Agency and chief of Central Security Service.
