Army Command Sgt. Maj. John W. Troxell, the senior enlisted adviser to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (SEAC), and the top senior enlisted leaders from across the armed forces, hold two press briefings in the Pentagon Briefing Room (2E973). The first briefing (3:15 p.m. EDT) will feature the SEAC along with five service senior enlisted advisers and focus on readiness and enlisted leader development. The panel will include Sgt. Maj. of the Army Daniel A. Dailey, Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy Russell L. Smith, Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force Kaleth O. Wright, Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard Jason M. Vanderhaden, incoming Sgt. Maj. of the Marine Corps Troy E. Black, and the SEAC. The second briefing (4:15 p.m. EDT) will feature the SEAC along with seven of the combatant command senior enlisted leaders and two of the sub-unified combatant command senior enlisted leaders, with a focus on joint operations, global integration and international partnerships. The panel will include Marine Sgt. Maj. Anthony A. Spadaro of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command; Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Philip Easton, the incoming senior enlisted leader of U.S. European Command; Marine Sgt. Maj. Bryan K. Zickefoose of U.S. Southern Command; Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Paul McKenna of U.S. Northern Command; Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Gregory A. Smith of U.S. Special Operations Command; Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Patrick F. McMahon of U.S. Strategic Command; Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Jason L. France of U.S. Transportation Command; Army Command Sgt. Maj. Timothy L. Metheny, U.S. Forces Afghanistan; Army Command Sgt. Maj. Walter A. Tagalicud, U.S. Forces Korea; and the SEAC. Both U.S. and foreign journalists without a Pentagon building pass must be pre-registered in the Pentagon Visitor Management System to attend this press briefing; plan on being escorted from the River Entrance Pedestrian Bridge or the Pentagon Metro Entrance Facility only.
